Dr
George Varghese, Kopara, Chandanappally has
served this institution in
various capacities as Bursar of this college, Local governing Board, Reader
and Research guide in Physics. His area of interest in Physics is
Nanomaterials. He secured his Ph.D degree from
M.G.
University
under the supervision of Dr. Godfrey Louis, Pro-Vice chancellor of Cochin
University of Science and Technology.
Now he has been nominated by the government of Kerala as Member,
Syndicate,
M.G.
University
, Member of UGC expert committee and member of NAAC peer team.
He has published 9 papers in various international journals and 10
papers in National journals. He has participated in various
National/International seminars and publishes 14 papers in the Seminar
proceedings.
He was also member of the Board of studies in M.G, and Calicut
Universities and National Associate Secretary of MGOCSM and UTOCA
He is a member of
Chandanappally St.
George Orthodox Valiyapally and member of Malankara Christian Orthodox
